✍️ Step-by-Step (Do This for 7 Days):

1. Take a journal or paper.
   Every day, write this affirmation:

   “Ya Allah, I release all fear, all hatred, and all anger into Your hands. Protect me from [name or type of enemy]. Remove them from my life in the way that is best. I trust You fully.”

2. Repeat your affirmations (from above) aloud 3–7 times.

After writing, make sincere dua – raise your hands and speak to Allah like a friend. Ask Him for complete protection and peace.

Burn or shred the paper after 7 days as a sign that you’ve let go and handed it all to Allah.
